WINCHESTER ROAD UNDERPASS

Following a complaint from a resident of Forest View Road, Cllr Bob Belam visited the area.
The underpass was littered with detritus and outside it was full of dumped rubbish, including a mattress. The grass area is covered in dog fouling. Altogether unpleasant.
The graffiti over the tunnel cannot be dealt with at present. We are waiting the necessary equipment to reach heights such as these. As soon as the equipment arrives this area will be cleaned.
Cllr Belam asked for the area to be inspected and cleaned.
